For our July virtual meeting, we’ll have an interactive session from former CSHRP member Nancy Vitale.

Stress seems to be part of every job description, particularly when you reach the C-suite. But that doesn’t mean it gets to take over your life. When handled correctly, stress can be contained, minimized and conquered.

Session Objectives:
-Review and understand key elements that enable our personal wellbeing.
-Reflect on gaps in each element in our personal/professional roles - how are we "showing up" as a CHRO/CPO role model.
-Pick one area of focus for next 30 days and using the WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, and Plan) technique, invest in that area.
-Extract and apply learnings for how to better support employee wellbeing overall.

Please come prepared to have active conversations with your peers in breakout groups. Please submit questions on the topic by July 10th to on employee/leader wellness issues you would like see discussed.
