COVID-19 Interactive Discussion & Panel – The #NextNormal
Eric Fink, CHRO - Global Blood Therapeutics
Stuart Hockridge, SVP Global HR – Align Technology
Lynne Smith, SVP HR – Robert Half International
For our May virtual meeting, we will have an interactive session and panel discussion from three of our members about the impact of COVID-19 on three critical business areas:
1) What does a Return to Office/Return to Workplace look like and how to set up the right processes in place to cope with multiple scenarios?
2) How do you increase employee engagement for scenarios that include staying “Work From Home” or moving back into “Work From Office/Workplace?” Why is it important to establishing a work culture, even remotely, where people can do their best work? What is the best way to accomplish this?
3) After the economy is on the way to recovery, what are the implications for organizational design, leadership development, management capabilities, employee experience, etc.?
Please come prepared to have active conversations with your peers in break-out groups on the specific things you’ve done within your organization in response to the crisis, and any issues you would like to discuss.
Who Should Attend
CHRO/SVP/EVP HR, VP/Directors/Managers of HR, HRBPs, Facilities professionals.
